Took a hike today through this state park, which was about an hour and a half away from NYC. Finally some pleasant warm weather on the east coast came through so it was great to get out. One of the best things about going on hikes/camping is how food seems to take on a new level of some kind of wonderful during and after the hike. Soft boiled eggs.. pb and j… salt and vinegar chips… chinatown pastries… gatorade.. an orange… bengali food… yummmm… Oh, and the scenery is definitely nice too.
